Which size of sock should I order?
Check out our sock sizing page for sizing information. Each product also states its size (some brands are slightly different).
How do I care for my socks?
We suggest you wash your epic socks inside out on a 30°c wash to preserve their quality and colour for as long as possible. Tumble drying is not recommended.

ORDERING
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can get yours here.
How can I check my order status?
We’ll drop you an email to confirm your order and again to let you know when your socks are on their way. You can also log in to your account on our website to track the status of your orders.
Can I cancel or change my order before it ships?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help out.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
How will my socks be delivered?
We use Royal Mail, so your socks will usually reach you in 2-3 business days, although this can be longer in busy periods (up to 10 days). We post Monday to Friday within 48 hours of receiving your order.
How much does postage cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over £40. For orders below this amount, postage is £1.99 via Royal Mail 48 or £2.99 via Royal Mail 24.
What is your returns policy?
Socks can be returned to us within 30 days of your order date as long as they are still in new condition - unworn and in their original packaging.
When returning socks, please put a copy of your order in with your return so we know where it's come from. Please note we are unable to cover return postage costs.
Your return will be processed within 2 working days of package receipt and refunded to the payment method used when the original order was placed.
Can I exchange my socks?
Of course! If you’d like to swap your socks for a different pair, go ahead and order the new socks, then return the original pair using the returns process above.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the UK only currently, though this may change in the future - watch this space!

How can I find out about discounts?
The best way to find out about our sales, promotions and discounts is to sign up to our email newsletter. We sometimes offer exclusive special deals through our social media pages too so be sure to follow us!
How do I apply a discount to my order?
Most of our promotions use a discount code that you must enter when you check out. You’ll find these codes on our website or in the email you received about the promotion. When you click through to checkout, you’ll see a field that says ‘gift card or discount code’ - enter your special code, click ‘Apply’, and your discount will show up on your order.
Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
No, you can only use one discount at a time.
